These terms apply to use of marklipi.com and the marklipi API in its pre-launch state.

Pre-launch demo key

• The public demo key is provided as-is with no SLA, no warranty, and no commitment to availability.
• Rate limit is 10 requests per IP per day. We may change or revoke this at any time.
• Do not use the demo key in production.

Acceptable use

• Don't upload PDFs you don't have the right to process.
• Don't try to circumvent the rate limit or extract operational metadata about the service.

Liability

marklipi is provided on an "as is" basis. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the API or this site.
